This year we are working towards living and better to our best abilities. We are working toward eating less to no meat. When we do eat meat it be natural organic meat. This was a super easy side lunch food my two year old ate and loved.
- Olive Oil (Or even better coconut oil)
- Sea Salt
- Garlic Salt
- Organic Spinach (For pretties)
Cut up potatoes and mix with salt, pepper, garlic salt, olive oil together!
Oven 450 for 15+ minutes depending on size of cut potatoes until brown. Mix occasionally to get chisp.
